Frozen Yoghurt

This evening I decided to get something healthier than the chocolate chip ice cream we have in our freezer, so I went out and got froyo :)
And because it is What I found Wednesday, I decided to show you what exactly I found! ;)

They were all amazing and a lot better for you than usual ice cream but don't make the same mistake as I and eat all three of them in one session ;)

Every morning and every evening you spend 3 minutes brushing your teeth, this sums up to 42 minutes a week! Wouldn't it be nice to have some kind of exercise to tone up while getting your teeth clean?
